I went to Blo Bar as my hair was a mess (years of home box dyes, colour changes & colour removers). I had a positive consultation the day before and agreed to have a full head of highlights & lowlights, unfortunately the end result was stripey and a bit patchy, some parts of my root were bleached bright blonde (which made me look bald) i didn't notice this until I got home and had a proper look. My hair was not the mess it was to start with, but it was not what I was expecting. The salon itself is great (love the creche) and staff are friendly. I have since been to another salon who have 'corrected' the issues mentioned above.
