Booked a full package of treatments. Was emailed to say times booked with treadwell not accurate. I emailed back to same I'm flexible and would work with their schedule. Further email asking me to call one week later. They said they could not do all treatments booked due to staff shortage. I cancelled 2 of the treatments and said would go ahead with hair eyebrows and lashes. By time hair was finished they seemed surprised that I was expecting eyebrows and lashes. Could not fit in a wax for eyebrows at that time (I had overlooked this when booking) so ended up cancelling brow lash tinting. Very disappointing and disorganised service. However hairdresser was fab and environment lovely.
