I was quite disappointed with this service. After showing a picture of a wave I wanted, it looked very dissimilar. After giving multiple directions on how to fix it, I was still unhappy. It got to a point where the right side looked completely different to the left. Then it was so over styled that 10 minutes after leaving my right side was completely flat. The stylist asked several times if it was ok which after 30 minutes of my instructions of what I wanted he still wasn’t getting it right so I gave up. I’d appreciate a follow up to this review and also my money back as I had re do the whole right side again once home and then fix up the front also. Not at all worth the money.

Very professional. Fair range of colours to choose from - all teh important colours and a very thorough / professional file and polish using gloves and sterile equipment.
