AWFUL AWFUL experience. I don't want to exagerate but the worst experience I've had in a hair salon and I'm really not a person that writes reviews whether they are good or bad but I hope Blo Bar takes into consideration what happened so it doesn't happen again. The hairdresser didn't introduce herself, we didn't have any kind of consultation, there was no kind of "small talk" and gave off an overall VERY cold vibe, but I thought fair enough, everyone can have their off days. She washed my hair, again, no conversation was exchanged. I sat in the chair and explained what I wanted and the style I wanted to achieve and showed her a photo. She cuts my hair and starts to dry it without asking if I was happy with the length or if I wanted more off. I stop her half way through as my hair was drying and I started to realize that I wanted more off and it wasn't what I asked for. She responds in a very harsh way that she can't cut my hair when it's dry and that it's going to be an extra job. I explained that I wanted the same length that I showed in the photo and somehow the conversation turns very heated on her part. She then throws the brush on the counter and grabs the water spray and literally tugs at my hair spraying it with water. I was MORTIFIED. I would have gotten up and left the salon if I didn't have half a head of wet hair and a hair cut I wasn't happy with. The service I received was awful. I didn't get an apology from the stylist when I stopped her asking why she was being so rough with my hair, nothing. It was the most awkward thing having to sit there getting my hair cut and dried after being treated this way. I received awful service and would not reccomend this salon to anyone. I would give no stars if I could.
