Left the hairdressers and got home to notice that my natural roots were more of a copper colour than usual, i then went to a different hairdressers for a consultation and it turns out that the stylist had left toner on my hair for too long and broke the base colour of my hair leaving me with brassy/copper roots

Rachel was amazing, she did a lovely cut and her vibe was just great. Sadly my hair doesn't hold a blow dry at all though 😔 will defo return!
