Is my second time. First time they wanted to charge a higher price from what I booked. They couldn’t. This time I wanted to change the day. They said on the phone there is no availability for today. I paid upfront. I went online then somehow they had free space. I booked myself in trough the app. After I booked they where calling me. I turned up for my appointment and they cut my hair uneven . It looks like they don’t want to cut your hair if you booked with Treatwell.
