The salon called and asked me to come later than my bookings because they had to change the stylist. We arrived at the designated time and had to wait for another 15 min+. The stylist appeared flustered and not friendly. Took us a long time to explain a boy’s haircut. I felt very uncomfortable as she appeared tense & defensive. Thanks to a lovely male stylist who was around and helped to diffuse tension with his good humour. The haircut was not bad but I asked for more volume on top. Stressful.
