At the time I thought the highlights were good, unfortunately once I got home I realised that the highlights were very thick and looked stripey especially once I put my hair up into a ponytail. This may have suited some people but wasn’t my style. I tried to phone back after a couple of days to try and get another appointment to see if they could fix it but unfortunately could not get through. I ended up going elsewhere to get them fixed and needed another half head of highlights to do so.
