Went for a conditioning treatment. Treatment was fine, although they didn't use the professional hair dryer as I'd hoped, so not sure how effective it was.
Also charge £10 for a 5 minute rough dry, which isn't mentioned in the treatment price and certainly shouldn't be the case. In most salons, a rough dry is included.
