Not great experience. Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service from the second you walk in. Had to wait around while staff were busy talking and laughing loudly. Then moved onto a hectic and fast wash & blowdry. Never experienced a salon like this one and would not recommend.

My overall experience was great, hairdresser was fab and hair and was absolutely fabulous. My only criticism is that one of the staff there was speaking not very nice about another staff member there for most of the time, this should be kept private to protect professionalism
