Welcome from the front staff could have been a bit warmer. The girl you made me pick the colours was not happy to be there. Therapist was good but went a bit hard on the skin around my fingers nail (skin is pink and a big sore). Layers on my feet are way too thick and sides are already raising up. Also have bumps underneath the shellac on my fingers. But overall it was ok.

Blo bar is usually my favourite place to get my hair and nails done or for any kind of general pampering! I have an existing fringe and was really disappointed with the cut. The fringe is way too short and very uneven. I feel like along the way the hairdresser did not ask or listen as to how I wanted my fringe. At one point, I had asked for it to be made more thin, but the cut ended up short and jagged so I decided to stop asking. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning again
