Tim was friendly and chatty however the experience was poor from the start. He did not wash the back of my hair. I asked for a straight cut (no layers and to trim my bangs / side fringe). My hair was uneven and the bangs were awful. I asked him to correct it but after he tried to it was still unevenly cut. I paid in full for the haircut upfront at Blo Bar due to booking it through treatwell and then had to go to another hairdresser to correct it. I had to have more hair cut to correct it.

Lovely hairdressers, Sonia cut my hair and was so lovely and accomodating. Georgia washed my hair and I wanted to fall asleep, it was so relaxing. Would 100% recommend.

Very disappointing experience with Tim. My initial appointment has been rescheduled 2h before, I had to correct my plans just to be able to come for the time they offered. I asked for little trim and fringe cut. Instead I was left with very short haircut, unnecessary layers which looks terrible on my thin hair. Also, he was very rough on my hair, pulling the hair while blow dry them. Been going to this salon for almost 2 years but definitely not coming back after this experience.
