The blowdry itself was ok nothing outstanding. My hair went flat really quickly though. The whole experience wasn’t really pleasant as they rescheduled my booking from 12 to 12:15, then they were late another 15 mins. Shampooed my hair really slowly as the hairdresser wasn’t ready. Then, when it came to payment they were trying to say I didn’t prepaid which I did! I had to prove it to them. They should have it on a system rather than making customers feel embarrassed. I won’t be coming back back
