I already submitted a review of this, but never heard back. I'd like a refund at least! My face was not threaded as I asked for but instead waxed, which caused some irritations for my skin. The lady who did my appointment was snacking on some nuts or something whilst doing my face! Luckily I'm not allergic – it could have been very dangerous even! Now it was just disturbing, smelly and felt very much unprofessional.
