A few things were great: very friendly, complimentary crèche, very nice staff in the crèche, Hairdresser was concerned with what I wanted for my hair.
Not so great: no conditioner in my hair so my hair was very tangled and the hairdresser was very harsh with pulling my hair and getting the knots out, I also booked threading but when I arrived they only had someone to do waxing.
Great all round experience. Really pleased with service, blow dry, ambiance, price. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.
