The blow dry was ok - I liked salon and the concept. I'm not a massive fan of poofy hair and felt a bit overdone when I left but this soon calmed down. I would go back to the salon for another treatment.

I went yesterday as I was in dire need of a trim. Anabelle saw me yesterday and she was great. She made some recommendations how to cut my hair and how to look after it. She was friendly and informative and made my hair and me look fabulous. If I see anymore offers will defo go back. Thank you Anabelle with the pink hair. Ush
My experience here has possibly put me off of ever being waxed again! An hour appointment turned into 2! My package was a full body wax-legs, arms/underarms, upper lip, eyebrows & Hollywood. The thecnician (Nicci) was nice enough, but clearly didn't listen or know her stuff. I asked for a Brazilian, she commented that would be cheaper than the Hollywood, didn't matter as it was in the package. I got a Hollywood. Didn't do my eyebrows as requested. Never got to the upper lip (which by that stage I was happy about as I was in so much pain that I didn't want anymore hot wax and ripping)! She went over and over some areas in the regions down below, leaving me extremely swollen and painful, I had to find a chemist to purchase some soothing balm and had a terrible night sleep. 3 days later my forearms have welts on them and under my arms there is a burn mark! I did mention several times the wax was too hot and she reassured me she had turned it down and apologised. I left feeling really violated racing to my next appointment where on arrival discovered an entire strip on my the putside of my leg with hair, my toes and hands weren't done either!!! Thankfully the nail technician repaired the damage and made I sure I left her feeling a little better about my negative experience. The room was too small and poorly ventilated. I was not seen out by the technician who moved onto her next customer leaving me with the feeling that she knew her job was less than successful. I hope from this review, if they are still wanting the custom, will be helpful and some of the things rectified for future customers.

I booked a Luxury Pedicure but Im afraid it fell flat of it's title. Poor quality products and minimal removal of hard skin.
