when I arrived (tho I was 10 mins late due to traffic) I was surprised that the basin and things aren't already set up for this, I don't mind waiting however even though the therapist was very nice she has scrubbed it too hard that two layers of my skin at the top of my foot came off! I told her about it and she just said don't worry it'll heal but I'm not satisfied that's good customer surface.. My scrub was done within 15 mins and not the 30 mins which it was supposed to be for but I guess it's just due to my lateness..

Cancelled at 5:30pm on the day by blo bar because the lady who does the tans was not working at 6:45pm. Would have been nice to inform me earlier on in the day so I could make other arrangements
