This was the second time I have been to the blo bar for a shellac pedicure. I was really pleased with the service and treatment on the first occasion. This time was completely different. It felt very rushed and the pedicure didn't even include buffing of my feet. When I questioned this and asked her to do it I was told that 'it varies' and they do not always do this for a pedicure which seems absurd to me. Surely there should be some consistency in the services offered? I'll be finding somewhere else to go next time.

Very good pedicure, was given a food scrub and a little massage,very relaxing. I was offered refreshments from the receptionist. My pedicure polish has been holding for 3 weeks now, as well as my manicure. I will be definitely returning!
