Mixed experience here. Firstly, the salon is excellent. The staff both upstairs and down were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The water with fruit in a jam jar was a really nice touch. They couldn't do enough for you. However I had to wait almost an hour for my appointment (luckily I was in no rush) and when the gel nails were complete, I got home and both the big toe gel had completely come off. I'm not sure how this happened but it was annoying having to go back to have it fixed. That said, I'm sure this was a one off and I wouldn't let it put you off going to a lovely salon.

Used the onsite crèche during my waxing appointment and both the crèche person and beauty therapist couldn't have been more helpful, especially as my baby started to cry. Wax was spot on and super quick!

My booking wasn't confirmed but this wasn't an issue! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had great conversation with my nail artist, Rima, about our recent holidays and life in general. The only reason I rated the ambiance as a 4 was because there is a space for parents to leave their children and they're obviously quite loud. I'm going back in another 2 weeks to get another manicure. New favourite place!!

Great salon. Have had my hair, nails and make-up done here, as well as waxing. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, and the service provided is top notch. Love it.
