Such a shame the first time I went was awesome. The second time the lady was rude and did a terrible job, I asked her to fix it before I left and she looked at me with death eyes. I tried to explain this to the salon and they offered me a whole £5 off my next visit... thanks but no thanks

Thumb nail chipped after 1 day. I left a message asking if I could pop in to have it redone. Had one missed call and no further attempts to contact me. When I rang back 2 days later I was told they couldn't fit me in to redo ONE NAIL other than times I was at work (baring in mind I start work at 2pm). Absolutely disgraceful service. Girl on phone was barely apologetic. Will not be going back.
