Thumb nail chipped after 1 day. I left a message asking if I could pop in to have it redone. Had one missed call and no further attempts to contact me. When I rang back 2 days later I was told they couldn't fit me in to redo ONE NAIL other than times I was at work (baring in mind I start work at 2pm). Absolutely disgraceful service. Girl on phone was barely apologetic. Will not be going back.

The treatment was excellent and the staff very friendly; however I didn't like the treatment room itself that much. It felt a bit like being in a store cupboard and didn't look all that clean. In spite of this I would go again as the treatment was good value or money and well executed.
