The Brazilian wax was very good. The beautician was quick and really friendly. I was surprised that they used a small amount of strip wax for certain areas, as well as the lycon hot wax.

I booked a gel nail manicure but was told it was either a normal polish or Shellac, not a gel polish. Apart from that my therapist was conscientious and did a good job.
