Great haircut but ok service - the hairdresser was friendly enough but also seemed quite distracted by what else was going on in the salon.

I absolutely loved the venue, the atmosphere and my stylist was nice and attentive. Unfortunately the hair treatment, trim and blowdry weren't as good. It overall looked nice on the spot but it quickly turned out to be an half disaster.
My hair is dryer than before the treatment (an unspecified treatment, even if I did ask couple of times for the type or name), the trim is irregular and chopped (to the point that I have to hide my side long bangs in a ponytail) and the blowdry didn't last more than three hours.
Also my hair was already greasy the next day - I wonder if that was because the stylist used a powder to lift my roots instead of blowdrying them with a wide brush (I asked for a bit of volume).
A real shame as it looked like the other customers had lovely blowdryes and haircuts. I won't book again as I am highly unsatisfied with the result.
