Shadia was fantastic with my mani/pedi, she really put effort into ensuring my feet were scrubbed. She applied the polish colour with great care and it was better than many other places I've been to as the colour was applied all the way to the base of my cuticle, whereas all the other places leave a small gap on the nail between your cuticle and where the polish starts and this looks cheap and unprofessional. There is a big range of colours to choose from and they are all expensive professional brands - nothing cheap here.
The manicure was equally professionally completed and the hand massage was brilliant, especially between the fingers - I've never had that before and it was wonderful. Shadia followed the length I wanted on my nails, as well as ensured I got the exact shape I wanted. I was offered a refreshment several times, given magazines to read and great care was taken afterwards to ensure all nails were dry before leaving the salon. The standard mani/pedi service offered here was fantastic and is a great price too, I'll be returning.

I had a pretty frustrating experience here. They'd overbooked the morning I went so they told me to come back an hour and a half later. (They gave me a discount which was nice but still, a bit annoying). Then the stylist rushed my hair cut, hardly took any hair off at all and left my hair uneven. She did a really sloppy blow dry and seemed like she wanted to get me out as quickly as possible. I would avoid this place.
