My first experience here was great. My second visit was the worst experience I've ever had and it actually took a lot of courage to go and find another hairdressers, as it knocked my confidence so much.
The hairdressers greeting for me was 'what can I do with this mess'. I have curly hair. She then proceeded by DRAGGING a brush through my hair dry. Anyone with curly hair knows exactly how bad this is. Every other hairdresser has always washed and conditioned first - then a comb goes through it fine.
I was so embarrassed by her that I stood up and walked out.
I know that some hairdressers are frightened of curly hair but I just don't think this woman could be bothered. Really don't recommend to anyone with curly hair.
