I booked ‘last minute’ via Treatwell the night before my appointment. The salon changed the timing on the morning of the appointment by text as they said they had received a booking in the salon before my online booking. When I arrived it was clear that they had overbooked, as there was no space at a nail station for me to have my manicure done. I sat at the end of the blow dry bar with the nail drying unit on my lap and did not feel comfortable. In addition, the nail technician filed my nails so roughly that she cut the skin next to my fingernail and made me bleed, which then hurt considerably when she used the cleansing solution etc. The Shellac manicure itself is fine - not as neat as other places, but ok. I understand that the appointment was last minute but I felt that the service was quite poor regardless.

Always meant to try this venue out. However, it was an average experience unfortunately. Felt very busy and rushed. just reading the package I booked, the highlights were left out of the service.
