Hair colouring was good and very close to what I was hopping for so pretty happy with that. What I didn’t appreciate was the hurry in which I was looked after. Though I am conscious that things can get quite busy on a Saturday morning, I am expecting a relaxed experience and not feel stressed about the many appointments my hairdresser is managing at one time. She was constantly running between chairs, did not pay attention to the water temperature and left me hanging with my hair wet for far too long without even checking on whether I felt cold. I also had a shellac manicure with Suzie and was very happy with it. She’s ending the appointment with a nice palm massage which is nicely complementing a good manicure.

Lovely experience, I love the staff but this time round I was a bit disappointed with how the colour turned out, I expected a darker colour and I went by the therapists recommendations. Other than that the place is lovely and it’s worth it for the off peak prices
