The venue were really friendly in accommodating another day to attend so I was really pleased about that. However the email from treatwell confirming the appointment doesn't give a realistic timeframe within which the whole booking will be completed. I arrived 30mins early and was offered a drink on arrival but towards the end it was very rushed. I had to request that the hairdresser request for another member of staff to help her had I not done so I would have gotten a parking ticket. As with many treatwell venues clients are surprised on the day about additional toner charges which is really unfair.
I will re visit but probably on a Sunday where I don't have to worry about parking.
