A bit disorganised - ended up having the wrong treatment as the professional didn't seem to know what was I booked for. Ended up having a less expensive treatment that what I paid for.
When I complained, they did absolutely nothing.
Not to mention it took me 2 and a half hours to do a polish change + normal pedicure. That's a long appointment!
Booked through Treatwell but the appointment booked wasn't available, they called me more than 4 times to reschedule it, like I have time to be rearranging a nail appointment 4 times!
When I got there, the professional ended up giving me the wrong treatment (she just changed polish whereas I'd booked a mani). Waste of money.
