Booked through Treatwell but the appointment booked wasn't available, they called me more than 4 times to reschedule it, like I have time to be rearranging a nail appointment 4 times! When I got there, the professional ended up giving me the wrong treatment (she just changed polish whereas I'd booked a mani). Waste of money.
