I always have a great haircut at this salon. Unfortunately they experienced a system problem and my treatwell booking wasn’t migrated to their internal calendar system. This meant that when I turned up for my appointment, they couldn’t accommodate me. Looking forward to my next appointment.
You get what you pay for. Staff is very nice and friendly however I wouldn’t recommend the treatment itself unless hygiene standards are improved. For my manicure and pedicure the therapist was going to use the same instruments that were used on the previous customer and left in the disinfectant for barely 15/20 minutes. I let her do it for the pedicure, which I actually regret, but then I asked to get some new instruments for the manicure. She was a bit hesitant initially but when I said I wouldn’t go ahead with the manicure unless she used new tools she accommodated my request very nicely. Should there be need to ask though? Booth my feet and hands were quite sore after the treatment as my skin is quite sensitive.
