Rekha is great, very thorough waxing and always makes sure I’m happy with the result and happy to go over any bits I feel need a bit more attention. Strip wax temperature was too hot today, once started though I guess it was too late to cool it down so this should be monitored from before the appt or whoever was last to use the equipment.
