This is my first time going to this salon so where do I start. I asked for a certain haircut that I always get my every few months she said “nono your hair would be too short” and suggest I get it a bit cut first I told her no then she said it again so I was like okay whatever. She didn’t do a great cut she kept talking to another person and wasting my time. I went home as I’m brushing my hair little hairs were falling everywhere because she didn’t even bother brushing it at the end. She seemed too tired to care about my hair cause i have quite thick hair and thick hair means more work. Honestly I’m gonna stick to my usual hairdressers cause this was the biggest rip off. Let me not forget to write a lot of my hair was unevenly cut.

The beautician did a very good job of my nails and I thought it was good value. Only slight criticism was that we weren’t at a proper nail table. I was late though so it may have been my fault.

Treatments are great quality. I sense the staff are very busy so perhaps more breaks for them might be worth considering. They just seemed a bit hectic but definitely did their best.
