I had a shellac manicure, which was good quality but not a great experience. Firstly, I arrived and my appointment was registered as being 15 minutes before I had requested. This may have been because of Treatwell, but I was made to feel like I had wasted their time by being 15 minutes late, when I actually arrived on time. The lady who did my manicure was quite rushed and the nail filing and cuticle work was painful. She never asked if it was OK for me. The painting itself was good, but afterwards I noticed that the paint on my thumbs was lumpy.

Plus-cleanliness, very thorough pedicure, punctual.
Negative-had to redo cuticles, need more men treatments, thought it was a bit strange to have other staff 'hang out' when waiting, on the phone in the treatment area
