lovely friendly staff, offered a drink and looked after. The shellac removal would have been quicker with heat / hot water (usual process) and they do not offer nail tips / false nails / nail repair so i have slightly uneven lengths but they did say they will offer this in the future. Manicure and pedicure were relaxing and thorough. Colour applied well.
