I was really underwhelmed by my experience - having booked through Treatwell and gone through the effort of organising childcare for some “me” time when I arrived, I was informed that they didn’t have my booking on the system due some error by treatwell and couldn’t fit me in. Fortunately somebody had cancelled and I was found a slot but I felt like it was rushed and the nail technician couldn’t wait to get finished and out of the door. She kept telling me loudly in front of all the other clients what a bad state my feet were in and how long it had been since I’d had a pedicure which quite frankly was very embarrassing. In the end I just wanted to get it done and be out of there. The pedicure was average but I wouldn’t go back again I’m afraid.

Great as usual. Staff is very friendly and capable, best nails salon in Chiswick.
They also have a few crèche if you wish to bring your kids along! Can’t get any better :-)
