Eduta gave me a balayage, cut and blow dry treatment and she did a great job. She was kind, very professional and time efficient too.
I felt uncomfortable when I discovered that Eduta had given me a toner treatment without knowing that I had pre paid. I wasn’t informed of an additional cost and was then asked to pay an extra £17 whilst my hair was still wet. I had a card machine placed in front of my face curing my cut, by the ruder receptionist who went off in a huff when I explained I was a treatwell customer and that there was no disclosure of additional payments. When I thanked Eduta, the receptionist continued to guilt trip me by speaking to Eduta saying ‘you’re too kind, you should have made her Kay’s
It’s seems that the ‘additional (and apparently always necessary) toner treatment’ has become quite the thing with hair dressers trying to extort their customers and I have come to know this through my own and others experiences.
