I booked twice and both times they cancelled the booking. Why are you on Treatwell if you’re not able to accommodate the requests? First time they called to reschedule but second time they didn’t even try. I came there and the girl on reception didn’t even apologise, just said that they are full. Shame as I wanted to keep going there.
