Half an hour late and left me burn marks. Terrible service, she took maximum 2 minutes to thread my eyebrows as she was in a rush. Could have just admitted she wasn’t gonna make it and reschedule the appointment.

While the manicurist was lovely my cuticles on my toes and feet were bleeding. My biab was bumpy and did not age well. Also I asked for a French manicure and was told she couldn’t do any form of nail art only block colour- by then I had already paid online.
