The mani/pedi was great however, when I arrived for my appointment they told me they were double booked and asked for my to change my appointment as they could do it at my specified time. I changed it and they had stated my hands and feet would be done at the same time. The time went very quickly as both were done at the same time. Overall my experience was OK and will go again for a manicure

When I arrived they said that they were not aware of my booking and told me to come back after 4 hours, this was not ideal as I live 45 minutes away. When I came back after 4 hours they made me wait another 30 minutes for the stylist.
Teal the stylist was great and she did an awesome job on the balayage. It looked amazing.I would highly recommend her, she mentioned that she is based at the Ealing branch.
It’s just that the overall experience was not great because of the wait, they were really busy and I had to keep waiting for other people to finish before I could be attended to, for stuff like washing my hair.
