I always feel that the value for money is great, the staff is experienced and attentive. One thing I’d feed back is that the place is in need of some TLC. The basement looks a bit tired and I was offered water and noticed the jar had rust built inside the handle, whilst the air filters are filled up with dust. I heard that the pedicure stands are due an upgrade, perhaps an uplift of the whole room is in the plan too
Another point would be that last time I visited, the Treatwell booking didn’t come through in time let me know the time I booked wasn’t available so ended up being turned away so I can reschedule.
they cancelled my appointment at the last minute, when I rescheduled they did not tell me I would get a different member of staff. happy with final result, but customer service could be a bit better
