Friendly and welcoming staff and were accommodating to my baby who was sleeping in the Pram. Shadia did a great job on my nails.

Rude receptionist, and neither colourist or stylist introduced themselves.
Colourist seemed more focused on getting me done as quickly as possible, and didn't really seem to be confident in what she was doing. Results were not very inspiring.
Unlike other salons in same price range, there was no discussion of olaplex or even conditioning boosters. Staff seemed keener on rushing you through that really offering a proper hair service.
The cut is very poorly done, when I got home & straightened it out I could see how uneven it was. Not a complicated cut, so this is unacceptable.
On top, I had booked and paid for full head of balayage but she only gave half & there was no offer to refund the difference or offer complimentary treatment.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I don't believe the staff here are as well trained or professional as you would expect for the price or location.

Really nice salon, had a great haircut by William who was really attentive and always checking that everything was alright. It had been a long time since i’d left a salon happy with my new hairstyle. Will definitely come back !
