Probably the worst highlights I’ve ever had! Rachel did a terrible job, didn’t go all the way to my roots so my hair was very patchy. It took 2 return visits for another hairdresser to fix her shoddy work. Whilst I’m grateful that they agreed to fix it for free, I will never be going back here.

Great value for money. Half the price of the same thing elsewhere. Salon very busy, had to wait 15 min after planned start of appointment time but staff very pleasant and apologetic for the delay. Nail area too busy so my shellac was removed in the waiting area. Removal was quickly, but thoroughly, done and therapist had great attention to detail.
