Riri was extremely professional and friendly. I was very impressed that she does not double dip the spatula. Having lived abroad for 20 years and it being illegal where I was before to double dip when using wax, I was so excited to meet a professional in London that does exactly the same without me requesting it. So clean and hygienic - will definitely be back. Thank you Riri :)
