Unsurprisingly, the blow dry was good. The colour turned out great as well. Staff were nice but service was a bit hit and miss. The assistant who washed my hair forgot about the treatment so I had to check with the main stylist, (I wasn’t sure if the treatment had been done or not) who sorted it out for me.

I usually book with Nina (who does an amazing job every time) but this time picked "next available stylist" and matched with Silvain. He did great, my hair is exactly as I wanted. so much attention to detail! Nina and Silvain did not disappoint, very happy!
