I arrived at the salon this morning to be told they were unable to see me as ‘Treatwell uses a different diary system’ and they actually had no appointment for me after all... Great system! #not. The receptionist wasn’t even apologetic, just very matter of fact. Super disappointing. I ended up just waking out.
