Inconsistent staff. One lady was great another not so much. I booked weeks in advance prior to going on holiday and then they cancelled within a few hours of my appointment without offering any compensation or discount on future treatments, very bad customer service. Not worth the risk, I’d rather go somewhere I know they will honour their bookings and provide services already confirmed. Unhappy customer with a lot of friends looking for a new reliable local!

Ann was so lovely and caring shame she had no idea how to handle my short hair. I think I’ve never had a worse haircut. The salon itself is weirdly arranged, the mirrors are so far from the the chairs, I could barely see how my hair looked before I came back home. Very sad and disappointing.
