Loved this salon! Rachel did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted. I felt so welcome and comfortable whilst she was doing my hair. Will definitely be back

I spent around £130 on a booking, only to have them tell me that the time they listed online wasn’t available. When I told them I couldn’t do any other time, they offered a refund. However, after agreeing to organise this refund, I never got my money back and have had my emails ignored since. It’s been over a month.
