Bit of a strange ambience and found some of the staff on the phone and on the reception a bit short- surprising as they changed my appointment by a whole day and then called again to change the time the following day and I accommodated both despite having prepaid and it being inconvenient. Good job on my nails but found the atmosphere and service a bit lacking
