Okay so here is my story : i booked a treatment for saturday, at around wednesday I got a call from someone that works in the blo bar ealing they left me a voicemail saying its regarding my appointment, but no other specification. I called back, the lady had already gone home and her colleague had no clue, so she said she’ll leave a message to call me again. No one called me back. Saturday comes, I go to get my pedicure, the lady looks at the schedule, mumbles to her colleague ‘ we might have a miss understanding’ or something and asks me to sit down. In my head I then think they probably overbooked. She then comes to me 5 mins later and tells me that the lady that was supposed to do my treatment has left and hour ago due to a family emergency and she can’t squeeze me in today, she can tomorrow or she can offer me a refund with 50% discount for next treatment, fair enough, but I immediately had a sense that she was lying because I saw a few ladies coming out with fresh pedi’s and also, you had a full hour to inform me instead of me having to come down. I then come in next day and the same lady that was supposed to do my pedi on sat asks me ‘oh last minute appointment before your holiday?’ I said i was in the day before but was rescheduled she replied ‘oh its probably because it was very busy’ …. Don’t get me wrong, the pedicure was very lovely and the lady that did it was amazing, however the fact that they lied and didn’t just say very sorry there was a system error has made me not want to come back.

Rekha was an absolute gem. I'm so glad I booked with her, she really looks after her clients. Incredibly hygiene oriented she made me feel at ease. Best foot massages 👍👍👍

Had a 15 min eyebrow threading appointment but was in and out in a few minutes - felt rushed and eyebrows looked uneven afterwards. Won't be back.
