Overall experience was fine. Elizabeth was lovely, she made sure she understands what I want and always checked I was happy with the result. Reception could improve on organising better the appointments. There was a 30min delay for my appointment and they called me only 10min before my scheduled appointment to let me know. I missed their call so I went there on time. I had to leave and come back. At least they were apologetic!
I went to this salon on short notice, but with confirmed booking. Upon arrival the staff loudly muttered to each other ‘which one of them had an appointment’. During my hair wash, the receptionist and hair dresser had a discussion over whether the girl in front of me had paid for her cut - not really appropriate. My haircut, while I asked for just a trim, was less than that. I couldn’t even see any hair on the floor. Not worth the money. Elizabeth was friendly though and made enough conversation
